During this session, I will utilise my advanced meditation teaching skills, channeled psychic spiritual skills and interactive healing capacities to guide a one-to-one healing meditation session personlised to your current meditation experience and development. I will guide you to connect with centering and upgrading energies of the chakra systems using breath, focus and visualisations.
