Reiki & Energy Healing

Service Description

This session consists of hands-on Reiki offering a relaxing and silent energetic healing, whilst listening to soothing music to replenish your soul and renew your being. This session supports you to recreate your own inner visioning and recentre your internal energies. You can stop and let go to rebalance your mind to feel calm and renewed. 5-10 mins is provided near the end of the session to allow you to reintegrate before heading back out into your life. This session is offered to allow for maximum relaxation with minimum conversation. Direct guidance or psychic conversation is not provided in this session. Sessions are kept to a maximum of 90-mins.
