Meditation & Spiritual Development Class

Service Description

This 7-week meditation journey will consist of a committed group to ensure an energy of focus, trust, and development. These classes are tailored for people keen and ready to embark on this journey of deep meditation for advancing personal and spiritual skills. This class requires attendees to have previous experience in personal self-awareness practices as well as a minimum of an intermediate level mediation experience which enables them to hold a meditative state for a minimum of 45 minutes. Asha holds the space for the group intuitively as the channelling guide and ensures a safe and supportive experience for all. This program will follow weekly themes considerate of the group's energy and its needs. During this program, you will experience: • Mediation techniques and skills passed on from a 30+ year trained practitioner and facilitator • Psychic and spiritual development • Personal healing and awareness • Psychic reading practice • Introduction level astrological insight and healing within your birth chart. • Insight to channelled writing and oracle card readings A minimum of six (6) is required for this group to commence. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the first class.

By booking, you are confirming you meet and accept the following terms & conditions: - You have previous experience in personal self-healing - You have intermediate-level mediation experience and can hold a meditative state for a minimum of 45 minutes. - You agree to respect the privacy and sensitivity of other class members and not provide advice or counsel to others during class. - You understand no refunds, exchanges, or make-up classes are offered. - You understand the doors to the venue will be locked at 7 pm and no late entry will be permitted; if you are late no refund or make-up classes are offered. - You are willing to commit to the 8-week period. Privacy within the group and respect for each other is expected. - You will respect the above rules of the group.
